2. Can you treat me if I’m still working out?

Definitely. We’ll adapt your care to your activity level and goals. Many patients continue training while getting acupuncture for support and injury prevention.

3. How quickly will I feel better?

Some feel relief after 1–2 sessions. Deeper healing typically unfolds over a few weeks, especially for long-term injuries or post-surgical recovery.

4. Do you work with athletes?

Yes — we support runners, cyclists, climbers, swimmers, lifters, and more. We also help non-athletes who simply want to move and feel better.

5. Will I get a treatment at the first visit?

Yes — your initial acupuncture visit includes a full intake, physical assessment, and your first acupuncture session. We’ll map out a custom plan from there.
