What Does It Look Like in Practice?

  • Step 1: Pre-Visit Wellbeing Questionnaire 

    Before your first session, you’ll complete a short but powerful wellness self-assessment. We’ll review your answers and generate your Vitality Score across the 4 core pillars: 

    • Nutritional Wellbeing 
    • Emotional Wellbeing 
    • Physical Wellbeing 
    • Environmental Wellbeing 

    Step 2: Your Initial Consultation 

    In your first visit, we’ll go over your Vitality Score and explain where you’re strong and where your system may be struggling. 

    Based on your scores: 

    • 23–25 (per pillar): No intervention needed we’ll celebrate this strength and maintain it 
    • 20–22: We’ll offer specific lifestyle, acupuncture, massage, and nutritional recommendations 
    • 19 or below: This pillar needs deeper attention. We’ll perform an Advanced Assessment and order labs if needed to better understand what’s driving the imbalance 

    You’ll also receive a food diary to track eating patterns, habits, and symptoms before your next visit. 

     Step 3: Follow-Up (1–2 Weeks Later) 

    In your second visit, we’ll review your lab results (if applicable), food diary, and your response to the first set of personalized recommendations. 

    Then, you’ll receive a detailed treatment plan focused on the lowest-scoring pillar. Your plan may include: 

    • Acupuncture sessions to regulate energy and reduce inflammation 
    • Massage therapy to support circulation, recovery, or emotional release 
    • Herbal and supplement support tailored to your constitution and goals 
    • Nutrition guidance built around your real life not restrictions 

    Progress is tracked with re-assessments and clinical check-ins. 

    Step 4: Rebuild, Reassess, and Expand 

    Once your lowest-scoring pillar reaches an acceptable level (23–25), we’ll move to the next one. One pillar at a time sustainable, structured, and empowering. 

    This approach helps avoid overwhelm and ensures that healing has deep roots. 

    Step 5: Long-Term Maintenance 

    Once all your markers are stable, we recommend a Vitality Check-In every 3–6 months. This ensures your body stays supported as life evolves.

1. What makes this program different from a typical wellness plan?

Most wellness plans focus on short-term results or generalized advice. Our Vitality Wellness Program is highly personalized — rooted in functional medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and decades of clinical experience. We assess your unique needs across four essential areas (nutrition, emotional, physical, and environmental wellbeing) and build a plan that grows with you. 

2. Do I need to be experiencing symptoms or illness to join?

Not at all. This program is designed for anyone ready to take a more proactive approach to health. Whether you’re already feeling well and want to maintain it, or you’ve just overcome a challenge like chronic pain or fertility concerns and want to stay strong — this program is for you. 

3. What happens during the first appointment?

You’ll start by completing a Wellbeing Questionnaire so we can generate your personalized Vitality Score across the four pillars of wellness. During your first visit, we’ll review those scores, go over any recent labs (or recommend testing if needed), and begin crafting your personalized care plan. 

4. How do you determine what kind of care I need?

Based on your Vitality Score, we’ll identify which areas need the most support. From there, we may recommend acupuncture, massage therapy, herbal medicine, lifestyle changes, nutritional support, or advanced testing. Everything is tailored to your body, goals, and preferences — no one-size-fits-all here. 

5. What’s included in the membership plans?

Each tier includes monthly (or bi-monthly) sessions that can be used for acupuncture, nutrition, or herbal consults — plus optional massage add-ons, priority booking, and ongoing access to your wellness team. All memberships include progress tracking with follow-up Vitality Scores every quarter. 

6. Do you offer lab testing or supplement guidance?

Yes! We offer optional functional lab testing (GI, hormones, inflammation, etc.) and use professional-grade supplements from trusted lines like Designs for Health, Orthomolecular, and Standard Process — all selected based on your actual needs. 

7. Can I pause or cancel the program if needed?

Absolutely. We’re here to support your wellness journey — not pressure it. If you need to pause, adjust, or take a break, just let us know. Many patients restart again later when they’re ready for the next phase of care.
