I fell in love with the science and use of lasers in skin care, and in 2007 I attended Rockwell Laser Industries to be a certified Laser Technician and Laser Safety Officer. Then in 2008, I attended the College of International Esthetics in Denver, Colorado to become a Licensed Aesthetician. I have performed over 5,000 laser treatments, ranging from laser hair removal, scar revision, skin tightening, ablative skin resurfacing, spider vein/varicose removal, tattoo removal, and sun damage/rosacea/acne treatments. Along with the laser treatments, I worked alongside a renowned Dermatologist in Colorado and assisted in cosmetic surgeries, Mohs surgery for skin cancer, and injectables.

After the birth of my son in 2014, I decided to put my focus on my studies to further myself and my interests. I then obtained a BS in Exercise Science and Nutrition and also became a certified yoga instructor. While skincare was my passion, I always believed that to achieve that outer “glow” you must look at the body as a whole and treat it from within. I believe exercise, proper nutrition, sleep, meditation, herbs, and of course Acupuncture can help to achieve a healthy, happy, and balanced life- which can all enhance the quality of the skin. I feel that when addressing skin concerns, such as maturing skin, all of these aspects should be considered to make the person feel good from the inside out.

I am a native Texan but called Boulder, Colorado home for 15 years, and spent a year in Cary, North Carolina. In June of 2023, we decided to move to Austin, and I am happy to be back in my home state.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 9-year-old son or throwing the ball for our golden retriever, Charlie. I also love to read a good book, explore a new thrift store, spend time in nature, or spend my time caring for my 150+ houseplants. I am a lifelong learner and am currently pursuing a course in herbalism.
